BrillyBot is operated by Ahmed Ayman Ahmed Fouad Hamam. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
